Timothy Noël joins HIMS together with his group of PhD students and postdocs from Eindhoven University of Technology, where he led the Micro Flow Chemistry and Synthetic Methodology group as an associate professor.

After obtaining his PhD at Ghent University in 2009, Prof. Noël was a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT. In 2012 he moved to TU Eindhoven where he started as an assistant professor and was promoted to associate professor in 2017. He established his independent research group with funding from various sources (e.g. VENI, VIDI, ECHO, MC CIG, MC ITN and FET open grants). Focusing on catalytic methodology development and flow chemistry, Noël has built up an appealing scientific track record and is recognized as one of the front runners in the area.

A full profile of Timothy Noël can be found at his group website.
