ACS identifies the award winners in three global regions and Prof. Noël has been selected as the lectureship award winner from the Europe / Middle East / Africa region. He is honoured "for his contributions to continuous flow chemistry, building tools that bridge chemistry and chemical engineering".

The award is jointly sponsored by the journal ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering and the ACS Green Chemistry Institute. It will be awarded to Noël during the ACS Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference, to be held 06-08 June 2022 in a hybrid setting (virtual and in-person). He will receive a plaque as well as a 1000 US$ award honorarium.
