The Diversity Committee of HIMS is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We promote fair and open access to career opportunities. An inclusive, supportive climate enables us to better meet the needs of our students, employees and collaborators. We believe that variety of opinion, approach, perspective and talent will make our institute stronger, more dynamic and overall a better place, where people feel safe, can thrive, and can be creative.
